摘要
本文针对某玻纤企业包装线业务流程,考虑了任务下发、握手互锁和安全门防护等功能,设计并实现了AGV系统与物流管理系统、过程控制系统和安全门系统的对接,并成功模拟仿真任务执行流程,丰富了AGV应用场景。
Aiming at the business process of the packaging line of a glass fiber enterprise,this paper has designed and implemented the connection between AGV system and logistics management system,process control system and safety door system by considering the functions of task issuing,handshake interlocking and safety door protection,and successfully simulated the task execution process,enriching the AGV application scenarios.
