摘要 人员监督是农产品质量安全检测机构质量体系的关键组成部分,是保证检验检测结果准确可靠的重要手段,更是农产品质量安全检测机构规避风险的重要途径。农产品检验人员作为检验工作的主体,对其能力进行监督是检验工作开展的前提,也是整个检验环节的重点和难点。本文主要从人员对标准的执行能力、试样制备和处理能力、仪器设备管理和操作能力、检测方法确认和验证能力、标准物质管理和标准溶液配制能力、数据处理能力以及对检验检测结果的准确性和可靠性的判断能力等几个方面,分析如何高效开展农产品质量安全检测机构人员监督工作。 Personnel supervision is the key component of the quality system of agricultural product quality and safety inspection institutions,is an important means to ensure the accuracy and reliability of testing results,and is also an important way for agricultural product quality and safety inspection institutions to avoid risks.Inspection personnel of agricultural products as the main body of inspection work,to supervise their ability is the premise of inspection work,but also the focus and difficulty of the whole inspection link.This paper mainly focuses on personnel’s ability to implement standards,prepare and process samples,manage and operate instruments and equipment,confirm and verify test methods,manage standard substances and prepare standard solutions,process data and judge the accuracy and reliability of test results,analyze how to efficiently carry out the supervision work of personnel in agricultural product quality and safety testing institutions.
