摘要
随着人们生活品质及健康意识的提高,在注重食物的营养及口感的基础上,对食品安全问题也提出了更高的要求。水产品是获取营养物质的重要食物来源,但水产品中的微生物会影响人们的健康。因此,本文对水产品微生物检测方法展开综合论述,以期发挥不同微生物检测技术优势,强化监管,保障食品安全。
With the improvement of people’s life quality and health consciousness,on the basis of paying attention to the nutrition and taste of food,higher requirements are also put forward for food safety.Aquatic products are an important food source to obtain nutrients,but the microorganism in aquatic products will affect the health status of the body.Therefore,in this paper,the microbiological detection methods of aquatic products are comprehensively discussed in order to give full play to the advantages of different microbiological detection technologies,strengthen supervision and ensure food safety.
