树脂吸附-微电解-芬顿组合工艺在桃红R染料废水处理中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 在我国印染行业对人们的生活起着重要的作用,但其生产废水的排放量大,所以经济高效地处理印染废水具有重要的意义。本文以某大型染化公司的还原桃红R染料废水为处理对象,采用“树脂吸附-微电解-芬顿-蒸发”的组合预处理工艺,结果显示,经过预处理后废水的CODcr总去除率94.6%,TDS去除率99.6%,出水接近无色透明,B/C比由原来的<0.1提高到>0.3,可生化性显著提高,保证了后续生物处理单元的稳定运行。 The printing and dyeing industry in China plays an important role in people's lives,but its production wastewater discharge is large,so economically and efficiently treating printing and dyeing wastewater is of great significance.This article takes the reduced peach red R dye wastewater from a large dyeing and chemical company as the treatment object,and adopts a combined pre-treatment process of"resin adsorption micro electrolysis Fenton evaporation".The results show that after pre-treatment,the total CODcr removal rate of the wastewater is 94.6%,and the TDS removal rate is 99.6%.The effluent is close to colorless and transparent,and the B/C ratio is increased from<0.1 to>0.3.The biodegradability is significantly improved,ensuring the stable operation of subsequent biological treatment units.
