基于城市事故情境的燃气管线泄漏风险评价

摘要 近年来,燃气安全事故已成为威胁社会民生和生命财产安全的突出问题,对特定事故场景进行模拟研究可有效提高燃气管道安全管理水平。为此,基于CFD方法对某城市中压燃气管道泄漏事故进行建模,对其泄漏浓度场、爆炸超压和温度场进行求解。结果表明:泄漏40s后地面以上燃气浓度分布达到稳态;爆炸冲击波在点火0.2s后消散,最大超压值达到1400Pa;爆炸瞬态温度影响范围在点火0.9s后达到最大,最高温度达到2200K。 In recent years,gas safety accidents have become a prominent problem threatening the people's livelihood and the safety of life and property.Simulation of specific pipeline accident scenarios can significantly imp rove the safety management level.Therefore,the leakage accident of medium pressure gas pipeline in a city is modeled based on CFD method in this paper.The concentration field,explosion overpressure,and temperature field are solved.The results show that the concentration distribution of gas above the ground reaches a steady state after 40 s.The explosion shock wave dissipates 0.2 s after ignition,and the maximum overpressure reaches 1400 Pa.The influence range of transient temperature distribution reaches the maximum at 0.9 s after ignition.The maximum temperature is above 2200 K.
