摘要
学科竞赛是培养大学生创新思维及实践能力的有效途径,有利于实现高等教育培养创新应用型人才的目标。以湖北省大学生酒体设计大赛为例,介绍了竞赛的组织、筹备、内容及方式,结合湖北师范大学学生的参赛实例,从酿酒理论知识、味觉识别及酒类品评、酒体设计等环节探讨了竞赛对培养学生创新思维与实践能力的积极作用。实践表明,酒体设计大赛有助于激发学生的学习热情和动力,引导学生利用所学理论知识解决实际问题,进而促进学生创新实践能力的提升。
Participation in academic competition is an effective way to cultivate undergraduates’innovative thinking and practical ability,and it is propitious to realize the goal of cultivating innovative and application-oriented talents in higher education.Wine Body Design Competition of college students in Hubei Province was used as an example,and its organization,preparation,contents and mode were introduced.Then,combining with the competition examples of the students in authors’college,the positive role of competition on cultivating innovative thinking and practical ability of undergraduates was discussed on the basis of knowledge of brewing theory,taste recognition and wine evaluation,and wine body design.Practice has proved that the Wine Body Design Competition is propitious to stimulate students’enthusiasm and motivation,leads students to solve practical problems using their theoretical knowledge,and then promotes the improvement of students’innovative practice ability.
