摘要
针对现有反应型冷补料强度形成机理及强度发展规律研究不足的问题,基于一种新型反应型冷补料的研究结果,采用AC-10级配、LBⅠ-10级配和LBⅡ-10级配制备反应型冷补料,研究了不同级配下反应型冷补料的路用性能、强度形成机理和强度发展规律。研究结果表明:AC型级配的黏聚力c值均高于LBⅠ型与LBⅡ型级配,内摩擦角φ值表现为LBⅠ-10>LBⅡ-10>AC-10,采用AC型级配制备的反应型冷补沥青混合料中,冷补液胶浆的黏聚力可为强度形成与发展提供极大的贡献率,其1 d强度可达到最大强度的90%以上,因此反应型冷补沥青混合料宜采用AC型级配;采用AC级配制备的反应型冷补料25℃和60℃马歇尔稳定度分别可达21.41 kN和6.61 kN,浸水残留稳定度均大于90%,贯入强度小于3 MPa。
In view of the insufficient research on the strength formation mechanism and strength development law of the existing reactive cold patch material,based on the study results of a new type of reactive cold patch material,the reactive cold patch materials are prepared by using AC-10 gradation,LBⅠ-10 gradation and LBⅡ-10 gradation.The road performance,strength formation mechanism and strength development law of the reactive cold patch material under different grading is studied.The results show that the cohesion c value of AC gradation is higher than that of LBⅠgradation and LBⅡgradation,and the internal friction angleφvalue shows that LBⅠ-10>LBⅡ-10>AC-10.In the reactive cold patch asphalt mixture prepared by AC gradation,the cohesion of cold patch liquid can provide a great contribution to the strength formation and development,and its 1 d strength reaches more than 90%of the maximum strength.Therefore,the reactive cold patch asphalt mixture should adopt AC gradation.The Marshall stability of reactive cold patch asphalt prepared by AC gradation at 25℃and 60℃can reach 21.41 kN and 6.61 kN respectively,the immersion residual stability is greater than 90%,and the penetration strength is less than 3 MPa.
