摘要
人才是创新的第一资源。本文发现行业协会在推动家具行业设计创新人才方面有着巨大的优势,但是目前存在着部分问题,即企业和高校的沟通平台搭建不健全;协会与高校、企业等创新主体缺乏深度合作,在人才培养中未能充分发挥指导和考核功能等问题。针对其存在的问题,提出行业协会推动家具设计人才培养的路径。一方面,协会可以与高校、企业、政府等创新主体进行双方合作或者多方合作的形式,联合打造产学研实践基地、家具职业技能培训基地,积极探索“订单式”人才培养模式,提高人才培养的精准度;另一方面,通过举办多类型的设计比赛选拔家具设计创新人才,为行业注入新生活力。
Talent is the first resource for innovation.Starting from the analysis of the necessity of industry associations participating in talent cultivation,this article summarizes and extracts the current difficulties faced,namely,the inadequate platform for communication between enterprises and universities,the lack of deep cooperation with innovative entities such as universities and enterprises,and the failure to fully utilize guidance and assessment functions.In response to its existing problems,propose targeted paths for industry associations to promote the cultivation of furniture design talents.On the one hand,it is possible to collaborate with innovative entities such as universities,enterprises,and governments in the form of mutual or multi-party cooperation,jointly creating"industry university research practice bases"and furniture vocational skills training bases,actively exploring"order-based"talent training models,etc.,to improve the accuracy of talent training.On the other hand,by holding various types of design competitions to select talents in furniture design,fresh impetus is injected into the industry.
