摘要
完善师范类专业教学质量评价体系,是当前师范教育改革发展工作的一项重要内容。学生评教作为教学质量评价体系中的重要一环,对提高教学质量具有重要意义,是联结学生、教师、学校的重要纽带。高师院校要重视学生评教工作,可以针对学生评教中存在的积极性不强、评教分数偏高、结果效度弱等问题,从以下方面入手改善学生评教工作:优化评教机制、细化组织体系,优化评教过程、加强师生交互,基于持续改进、重构评价指标,优化反馈机制、强化评教作用。
Improving the teaching quality evaluation system for teacher education majors is an important aspect of the current reform and development of teacher education.Student evaluation of teaching,as an important part of the teaching quality evaluation system,is of great significance for improving teaching quality and serves as an important link connecting students,teachers,and schools.Teachers'colleges and universities should attach importance to the work of student evaluation of teaching.In response to the problems of low enthusiasm,high evaluation scores,and weak result validity in student evaluation of teaching,we can improve the work from the following aspects:optimizing the evaluation mechanism,refining the organizational system,optimizing the evaluation process,strengthening teacher-student interaction,based on continuous improvement and reconstruction of evaluation indicators,optimizing feedback mechanisms,and strengthening the role of evaluation.
