时效温度对空调管道用钢耐点蚀性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用微观形貌观察、力学性能测试、电化学试验和6%FeCl3溶液浸泡试验等研究了时效温度对空调管道用钢微观组织、力学性能和腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:当时效温度为350~535℃时,试样的显微组织均为马氏体+残余奥氏体,当时效温度为625℃时,形成逆转变奥氏体;随着时效温度从350℃升高至625℃,试样的抗拉强度、屈服强度和断后伸长率先升高后降低,断面收缩率和冲击功先减小后增大。当时效温度为350℃时,试样具有较高的强塑性和良好的韧性(抗拉强度1 420 MPa、断后伸长率16.2%、冲击功85 J)和高的耐点蚀性能。 The effect of aging temperature on the microstructure,mechanical properties and corrosion properties of steel for air conditioning pipes was studied by microscopic morphology observation,mechanical property test,electrochemical test and 6%FeCls solution immersion test.The results showed that when the aging temperature was 350-535 C,the microstructure of the sample was martensite+residual austenite,and when the aging temperature was 625℃,the reverse austenite was formed.With the aging temperature increasing from 350℃ to 625℃,the tensile strength,yield strength and elongation after fracture of the sample increased firstly and then decreased,and the reduction of area and impact energy firstly decreased and then increased.When the aging temperature was 35o C,the sample had high strength and plasticity,good toughness(tensile strength 1420 MPa,elongation after fracture 16.2%,impact energy 85 J)and high pitting resistance.
