摘要
通过LBP算法的图像识别技术,明确辨识单元、LBP162值等几何形貌信息,定量辨识水工闸门构件的腐蚀病害程度,结合受蚀构件力学性能试验:受蚀构件力学性能随腐蚀病害程度增加呈现二次抛物衰减的特性,其中腐蚀病害严重区域的力学性能指标最大衰减超过44.41%,并且呈现明显的离散性与不确定性;加强闸门受力构件的腐蚀病害辨识,特别是严重腐蚀病害区域的处置或报废更新,是防范工程灾害的有效技术措施。
In this paper,through the image recognition technology of the LBP algorithm,the geometric shape information such as the identification unit and the LBPi value are clarified,and the degree of corrosion disease of the hydraulic gate components is quantitatively identified,combined with the resistance bearing test of the corroded components to determine:the resistance performance of coroded components presents the characteristics of quadratic parabolic decay with the increase of corrosion disease degree,and the maximum attenuation of the resistance index in the area with severe corrosion disease exceeds 44.41%,and it presents obvious discreteness and uncertainty;It is an effective technical measure to prevent engineering disasters to strengthen the identification of corrosion disease of the stressed components of the gate,especially the disposal or scrapping of the seriously corrosion diseased area.
