摘要
目的:观察目标设定式认知教育联合个性化饮食护理在老年溃疡性结肠炎(UC)中的应用效果。方法:将84例老年UC患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组患者采用常规认知教育和饮食护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上实行目标设定式认知教育和个性化饮食护理,比较2组患者的生活质量、营养状况和护理满意度。结果:观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组,营养状况好于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年UC患者采用目标设定式认知教育联合个性化饮食护理有利于提高患者的生活质量和护理满意度,改善患者的营养状况,促进患者康复。
Objective To observe the efficacy of goal-setting cognition teaching(GSCT)combined with personalized diet nursing(PDN)applied in senior patients with ulcerative colitis(UC).M I ethodsRandomly divided the 84 senior UC patients treated in author's hospital into control group(42 cases,routine cognition teaching and diet nursing)and observation group(42 cases,based on control group,added with GSCT and PDN);then,compared both groups patients quality of life,nutriture and nursing satisfaction.Results In the score ratings on quality of life,in patients nutriture,and in nursing satisfaction,observation group was respectively higher,better,and higher than control group(all,P<0.05).Conclusion For senior UC patients adopting GSCT and PDN is beneficial to enhance patients quality of life and nursing satisfaction,improving their nutriture,and promoting them rehabilitating.
