摘要
氢能在全球能源结构加速向绿色、低碳转型中将发挥重要、关键作用,氢气的高压输送、提纯和高压加注是氢能发展关键环节,电化学氢压缩技术(EHC)具有压缩能耗低、无动设备、纯化气体杂质等突出优点。通过分析EHC技术原理、国内外专利技术现状和趋势,对比分析了EHC与机械压缩、PSA分离纯化等氢气压缩、纯化关键技术特点,结合可再生能源制氢、加氢站加注、输送及天然气掺氢等应用情景,提出了在分布式制氢分离纯化、掺氢天然气分离纯化、加氢站氢气压缩与加注方面EHC具有的优势和发展潜力,为氢能输送、应用提供新的技术解决思路。
Hydrogen shall play an important and key role in global energy transformation.The high-pressure transportation,purification and high-pressure filling of hydrogen are the core and key links in hydrogen energy.Electrochemical hydrogen compression(EHC)has the advantages such as low energy consumption,without mobile equipment,and removing impurities.Through analyzing the principle of EHC technology as well as the status and trends of worldwide patented technologies,the key technical characteristics of EHC,mechanical compression,PSA separation and purification,etc.are compared.Based on the application scenarios of renewable energy-hydrogen production,refueling at hydrogen refueling stations,hydrogen transportation and natural gas blending hydrogen,the advantages and development potential of EHC are summarized in the distributed hydrogen production-separation-purification,hydrogen-blending natural gas separation-purification,hydrogen compression and refueling at hydrogen refueling stations.New technical solutions are provided for the transportation and application of hydrogen energy.
