摘要
以草酸为沉淀剂制备了一种绣球状CuO-CeO_(2)(简称CuCe)催化剂,考察了其用于富氢条件下CO选择性氧化时工艺条件、活性组分的负载量等对催化性能的影响。结果表明,600℃的焙烧温度有利于催化剂的催化活性;且5%CuCe催化剂具有最佳的催化活性和稳定性。CO完全转化温度区间为105~150℃,且在105℃时O_(2)对CO的选择性高达95%;同时,在110 h内CO转化率基本保持在100%。XRD与Raman表征结果表明,活性组分CuO被高度分散于载体CeO_(2)表面,且部分Cu物质与CeO_(2)晶格形成了Cu-Ce固溶体,从而产生了更多的氧空位和Ce^(3+)。XPS测试结果表明,5%CuCe催化剂具有更高的氧空位浓度与Cu^(+)的相对质量分数,导致其具有最佳的催化性能。
A kind of hydrangea-like CuO-CeO_(2)catalyst for CO selective oxidation in hydrogen-rich condition is prepared by using oxalic acid as the precipitant,and the effects of process conditions and the loading amount of active component on the catalytic performance of CuO-CeO_(2)catalyst are investigated.The results indicate that the calcination temperature at 600℃is more favorable to the catalytic activity.The 5%CuO-CeO_(2)catalyst has the best catalytic activity and better stability,over which the temperature window for full conversion of CO is 105-150℃,and the selectivity of O_(2)to CO is as high as 95%at T=105℃.Meanwhile,the conversion rate of CO basically maintains at 100%within 110 h of operation time.Through XRD and Raman analysis,it is found that CuO,the active component,disperses highly on the surface of CeO_(2)support,and even part of Cu material enters into CeO_(2)lattice to form a Cu-Ce solid solution,which generates more oxygen vacancies and Ce^(3+).Through XPS test,it is suggested that 5%CuO-CeO_(2)catalyst has more oxygen vacancies and higher Cu^(+)content,which results in the best catalytic activity.
