摘要
目的:探讨闭合复位弹性髓内钉内固定手术对尺桡骨干骨折患儿的疗效。方法:选取2020年5月—2022年5月正安县人民医院收治的80例尺桡骨干骨折的儿童,按照随机数表法将其分成对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组实施切开复位钢板内固定手术,观察组实施闭合复位弹性髓内钉内固定手术。比较两组手术前后的手术指标、骨骼功能恢复程度、术后疼痛度及并发症。结果:观察组的手术切口、手术时间、骨骼愈合时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月,观察组的骨骼功能恢复优良率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3 d,观察组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将闭合复位弹性髓内钉内固定术应用于对儿童尺桡骨干骨折的治疗中可取得良好疗效,并显著加快患儿术后早期及骨骼功能恢复,有利于缓解术后疼痛感,减少术后并发症发生风险。
Objective:To explore the efficacy of closed reduction elastic intramedullary nail internal fixation surgery on children with radioulnar shaft fractures.Method:A total of 80 children with radioulnar shaft fractures in Zheng'an County People's Hospital from May 2020 and May 2022 were selected,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received open reduction plate internal fixation,while the observation group underwent closed reduction elastic intramedullary nail internal fixation.After treatment,the surgical indicators,bone function recovery degree,postoperative pain degree and complications before and after surgery were compared between the two groups.Result:The surgical incision,surgical time,and bone healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative bleeding was less than that of the control group,the total incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Three months after surgery,the excellent and good rate of bone function recovery of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).At the 3 days after surgery,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:The application of closed reduction elastic intramedullary nail internal fixation can achieve a good efficacy in the treatment of children with radioulnar shaft fractures,and it can significantly accelerate the early postoperative bone function recovery,and it is beneficial to relieving the postoperative pain and reducing the risk of postoperative complications.
