摘要
目的:探讨中医综合护理对痛风患者临床疗效、疼痛程度及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2018年1月—2019年5月中山市小榄人民医院内分泌、中医科收治的105例痛风患者为研究对象。根据随机数表法将其分为观察组(n=55)和对照组(n=50)。两组均给予对症治疗,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予中医综合护理。比较两组临床疗效及相关指标,护理前及护理后10 d、30 d、60 d血尿酸水平,护理前后疼痛程度、生活质量。结果:观察组总有效率为89.09%,高于对照组的66.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后30 d、60 d,观察组血尿酸水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分较护理前均明显降低,观察组VAS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛缓解时间、血尿酸水平恢复正常时间、住院时间显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能及物质生活状态评分较护理前明显提高,观察组心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能及物质生活状态评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对痛风患者实施中医综合护理,有助于提高临床治疗效果,促进血尿酸恢复及症状改善,减轻疼痛程度,提高患者生活质量,缩短住院时间,从而促进患者康复。
Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing on clinical efficacy,pain degree and quality of life of patients with gout.Method:A total of 105 gout patients who admitted to the Department of Endocrinology and Traditional Chinese Medicine of Zhongshan Xiaolan People's Hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(n=55)and control group(n=50).Both groups were given symptomatic treatment,the control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and related indicators,blood uric acid level before and 10 d,30 d and 60 d after nursing,pain degree and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.09%,which was higher than 66.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 30 d and 60 d after nursing,the blood uric acid levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing,and the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of pain relief and blood uric acid level returning to normal and the length of hospital stay in the observation were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of psychological function,physical function,social function and material life state of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before nursing,the scores of psychological function,physical function,social function and material life state of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing for patients with gout is helpful to improve the clinical treatment effect,promote the recovery of blood uric acid and the improvement of symptoms,reduce the degree of pain,improve the quality of life of patients,shorten the hospital stay,so as to promote the rehabilitation of patients.
