索道永磁直驱电动机转子静动态特性分析

摘要 客运索道是旅游景区和滑雪场的重要基础设施,随着技术的发展,永磁直驱系统越来越多的应用到索道领域中,其相比传统的电动机—减速器驱动技术具有噪声低、效率高等优点。在永磁直驱电动机的设计中,转子是其重要的组成部件,转子的强度和刚度对电动机性能有重要影响。文中对永磁直驱技术进行了介绍,重点对电动机转子进行了静动态特性分析,以及单边磁拉力对主轴的影响,并介绍了永磁体材料的选择,为永磁直驱电动机的设计和使用提供参考。 Passenger ropeway is an important infrastructure in tourist attractions and ski resorts.With the development of technology,permanent magnet direct drive system is more and more widely used in ropeway field.Compared with the traditional motor-reducer drive technology,permanent magnet direct drive system has the advantages of low noise and high efficiency.In the design of permanent magnet direct drive motor,the rotor is an important component,and the strength and stiffness of the rotor have an important influence on the performance of the motor.In this paper,the permanent magnet direct drive technology was introduced,focusing on the static and dynamic characteristics of the motor rotor and the influence of unilateral magnetic pull on the spindle,and the selection of permanent magnet materials was also introduced,which provides reference for the design and use of permanent magnet direct drive motor.
