摘要
为实现柴油机节能减排,提高燃烧效率,满足TierⅢNO_(x)排放法规和碳中和目标,建立TBD620柴油机三维仿真模型。通过甲醇进气道喷射法和缸内直喷掺水乳化油技术相结合,研究燃用低活性燃料对柴油机RCCI燃烧模式的工作性能影响。在额定工况下,柴油机转速为1800 r/min,设置10%~50%共5组甲醇掺混比,每组甲醇掺混比都对应0~20%的6组掺水率,共30组模拟组合进行研究。研究结果表明:随着进气道甲醇量增加,柴油机燃烧始点滞后1~2℃A、燃烧初期放热率峰值升高,燃烧效率下降40.0%,缸内爆压升高5.1%,CO_(2)和NO_(x)排放分别下降41.8%和7.7%;随着掺水率增加,柴油机燃烧始点滞后1~2.5℃A,燃烧初期放热率峰值升高,燃烧效率提高8.1%,NO_(x)排放最大下降13.3%,2种技术不同组合下柴油机CO_(2)和NO_(x)排放显著改善、燃烧效率升高,甲醇进气道喷射法和缸内直喷掺水乳化油技术组合的RCCI燃烧模式,对于实现TierⅢNO_(x)排放法规和碳中和目标提供一种有效方法。
In order to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction of diesel engine,improve combustion efficiency and meet tier III NO_(x) emission regulations and carbon neutralization objectives,TBD620 diesel engine three-dimensional simulation model was established,the influence of low activity on the working performance of diesel engine RCCI combustion mode is studied by combining methanol inlet injection method and in cylinder direct injection water mixed emulsified oil technology.Under the rated working condition,the diesel engine speed is 1800 r/min,and five groups of methanol mixing ratio of 10%~50%are set.Each group of methanol mixing ratio corresponds to six groups of water mixing ratio of 0~20%,a total of 30 groups of simulation combinations are studied.The results show that with the increase of methanol content in the inlet,the combustion start point lags 1~2 CA,the peak value of heat release rate in the initial stage of combustion increases,the combustion efficiency decreases by 40.0%,the cylinder burst pressure increases by 5.1%,and the emissions of CO_(2) and no decrease by 41.8%and 7.7%respectively;With the increase of water mixing rate,the combustion start point of diesel engine lags behind by 1-2.5 CA,the peak value of heat release rate at the initial stage of combustion increases,the combustion efficiency increases by 8.1%,and the maximum no emission decreases by 13.3%.Under different combinations of the two technologies,the CO_(2) and no emissions of diesel engine are significantly improved and the combustion efficiency increases.The RCCI combustion mode of the combination of methanol inlet injection method and in cylinder direct injection of water mixed emulsified oil technology,It provides an effective method for achieving tier III NO_(x) emission regulations and carbon neutralization objectives.
