摘要
菊花是我国传统的药食两用植物,在食品和中医药领域应用广泛。黄酮类化合物是菊花主要的活性成分之一,具有抑菌、抗氧化、降血糖、抗癌等多种生物活性,是近年来研究的热点。本文对菊花黄酮的提取、纯化以及黄酮类降血脂作用机制等方面的研究进行综述,并对下一步研究重点进行了展望。
Chrysanthemum is a traditional dual-purpose plant for medicine and food in China,which is widely used in the field of food and traditional Chinese medicine.Flavonoids are one of the main active ingredients of chrysanthemum,which have various biological activities such as antibacterial,antioxidant,hypoglycemic and anticancer,and have been a hot spot of research in recent years.This paper reviews the research on the extraction and purification of chrysanthemum flavonoids and the mechanism of flavonoids reducing blood lipid,and looks forward to the future research focus.
