摘要
生产现场的管理是企业管理的重要组成部分,也是企业管理水平的集中体现,直接影响了企业的生产与营收。5S现场管理是包括“整理、整顿、清扫、清洁与素养”共5方面的一种简便高效的现场管理方法。本文通过对5S现场管理的含义、内容和相互关系进行分析,结合食品企业生产现场存在的实际问题,总结了适用于食品企业的5S管理实施方法,阐明了5S管理对食品企业的指导意义与价值。
The management of the production site is an important part of the management of the enterprise,and is also the centralised embodiment of the level of enterprise management,which directly affects the production and revenue of the enterprise.5S on-site management is a simple and efficient site management method that includes five aspects:“seiri,seiton,seiso,seiketsu and shitsuke”.By analysing the meaning,content and interrelationship of 5S management,this paper summarises the implementation methods of 5S on-site management applicable to food enterprises,and illustrates the significance and value of 5S on-site management for food enterprises,taking into account the practical problems that exist at the production site of food enterprises.
