QuEChERS-液相色谱质谱联用法测定生姜中噻虫胺含量及基质效应的影响

摘要 本文建立了QuEChERS-液相色谱串联质谱法测定生姜中噻虫胺含量的方法,样品通过QuEChERS前处理方法,经提取、净化后用液相色谱质谱联用仪进行测定,并研究该方法下生姜样品对噻虫胺标准物基质效应的影响。结果表明,用基质标准曲线校准回收率比溶剂标准曲线更好,结果精密度更高,定量也更准确。生姜对噻虫胺具有一定程度的基质效应。 In this paper,a method for the determination of thiamethoxam in ginger by QuEChERS-liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry was established.The samples were pretreated by QuEChERS,extracted and purified,and then determined by liquid chromatography mass spectrometry,and the effect of ginger samples on the base substance effect of thiamethoxam standard substance was studied under this method.The results show that the calibration recovery of matrix standard curve is better than that of solvent standard curve,and the results are more precise and accurate.Ginger has a certain degree of matrix effect on thiacloprid.
