微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定畜内脏5种有害元素含量

摘要 目的:建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry,ICP-MS)法同时测定畜内脏中5种有害元素含量的分析方法。方法:样品经匀浆机粉碎后取样,以硝酸-过氧化氢为消解液,使用微波消解处理后稀释定容,用ICP-MS测定,以^(45)Sc、^(89)Y、^(115)In、2(09)Bi为内标元素校正基体干扰和漂移,样品经ICP-MS测定分析后,通过标准曲线对元素含量进行定量分析。结果:在优化好的ICP-MS条件下,有害元素铅、铬、镍、砷和镉在线性范围内有着良好的线性关系,其相关系数(R)均≥0.9993,检出限<3.0μg·kg^(-1),各元素的加标回收率在88.3%~109.8%,相对标准偏差≤3.07%。结论:本方法灵敏度高和重现性好,检测结果稳定可靠,且操作快速简单,适用于畜内脏中5种有害元素含量的测定。 Objective:To establish an microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry method(ICP-MS),for the determination of 5 harmful elements in livestock viscera.Method:After the sample is crushed by the homogenizer,it is sampled,and nitric acid-hydrogen peroxide is used as the digestion solution.After microwave digestion,it is diluted to constant volume,and determined by ICP-MS.^(45)Sc,^(89)Y,^(115)In,^(209)Bi are used as internal standard elements to correct matrix interference and drift.After the sample is determined and analyzed by ICP-MS,the element content is quantitatively analyzed by standard curve.Result:Under the conditions of optimized ICP-MS,the method showed good linearity(R≥0.9993)in the range.The detection limit of the method was less than 3.0μg·kg^(-1),whereas the average recovery rate of each element were between 88.3%~109.8%,and the RSD were less than≤3.07%.Conclusion:The method is sensitive,reproducible,reliable,rapid and simple.It can be used for the determination of 5 harmful elements in livestock viscera.
