摘要
目的为解决普通托盘拆装复杂、防护性能差等问题,设计一种一体式快拆型防雨尘储运装置。方法根据使用环境和使用条件要求,对储运装置的整体结构、防护方式、拆装方式进行全新设计。通过仿真分析,满足储运装置的结构强度要求。结果设计出了一体式快拆型防雨尘储运装置,缩短了拆装时间,提高了防护强度。当载质量为3600 kg、加速度为6g时,变形量为0.53 mm、铺板刚度为6000 kg、负载时变形量为2.41mm。结论实现了一体式快拆型防雨尘储运装置的设计及仿真,解决了普通托盘的拆装及防护问题,为同类产品的设计提供了参考。
The work aims to design an integrated quick-release rainproof and dustproof storage and transportation de-vice to solve the problem of complex disassembly and,assembly as well as poor protection performance of ordinary pal-lets.According to the requirements of the environment and usage,the overall structure,protection mode,as well as disas-sembly and assembly method of the storage and transportation device were newly designed.Through simulation analysis,the structural strength requirements of the storage and transportation device were met.An integrated quick-release rain-proof and dustproof storage and transportation device was designed,shortening the disassembly and assembly time and improving the protection strength.The load bearing was 3600 kg.The deformation at 6g acceleration was 0.53 mm.The stiffness of the paving plate was 6000 kg.And the deformation was 2.41 mm under load.The design and simulation of the integrated quick-release rainproof and dustproof storage and transportation device are realized,which solves the problem of disassembly and assembly as well as protection of ordinary pallets,and provides a reference for design of similar products.
