摘要
近些年,我国进行粪大肠菌群监测的工作已经取得初步成效,粪大肠菌群的一些环境标准在逐步完善,但在实际监测过程中依面临着许多问题,其中包括样品采集与保存问题、实验室研究及质量管理等。为了提高环境监测中粪大肠菌群监测的有效性,相关工作人员需要探索行之有效的检测方法。
In recent years,the work of fecal coliform monitoring in our country has made the preliminary results,and some environmental standards of fecal coliform have been gradually improved.However,there are still problems in the actual monitoring process,Including sample collection issues,preservation and laboratory research,quality management,etc.In order to improve the effectiveness of environmental monitoring of fecal coliform monitoring,it is necessary to explore effective detection methods.
