摘要
基于红外光谱法建立了乙酰二茂铁含量快速分析模型。通过正交试验合成18组样本,采集了所有样本的红外光谱,并且进行了液相色谱分析。按照样本含量梯度由小到大选择9个作为校正集,以乙酰二茂铁对照品光谱作为参比,通过1阶导数降噪,截取特征波段1000~1100 cm^(-1)、1610~1680 cm^(-1),得到相对应的角度值。建立角度值与乙酰二茂铁含量的分析模型为y=0.011θ-1.289,相关系数r为0.996。将另外9组验证集样本在同样数据处理条件下,分析各验证集样本中乙酰二茂铁含量,与液相色谱分析结果进行比对,绝对误差为-0.91%~3.84%,相对误差为-4.94%~6.51%。结果表明,红外光谱结合角度转换法可用于样本中乙酰二茂铁含量的快速定量分析,该方法具有准确性高、分析快捷、操作简便等优点。
A rapid analysis model for the content of acetylferrocene was established based on infrared spectroscopy.18 groups of samples were synthesized by orthogonal experiment,and the infrared spectra of all samples were collected and analyzed by liquid chromatography.According to the gradient of sample content,nine samples were selected as the calibration set from small to large,and the spectrum of acetylferrocene reference substance was used as the reference.Through the first derivative noise reduction,the characteristic bands 1000-1100 cm^(-1) and 1610-1680 cm^(-1) were intercepted to obtain the corresponding angular values.The analytical model of angle value and acetylferrocene content was established as y=0.011θ-1.289,the correlation coefficient was 0.996.Under the same data processing conditions,the other nine groups of validation set samples were substituted into the analytical model to analyze the content of acetylferrocene in the validation set samples.Compared with the results of liquid chromatography,the absolute error was-0.91%to 3.84%,and the relative error was-4.94%to 6.51%.The results showed that infrared spectroscopy combined with angle conversion method can be used for rapid quantitative analysis of acetylferrocene content in synthetic samples.The method had the advantages of high accuracy,rapid analysis and simple operation.
