摘要
为了解动土作业事故发生的根原因,有效降低事故发生率,采用功能共振分析法(FRAM)研究动土作业中的坍塌事故演化机制,并以长沙某公司天然气管道施工项目“11.11”一般坍塌事故为例,对动土作业的功能耦合过程进行定性分析,确定影响作业的主要失效链接。结果显示:培训教育落实不力是引起功能改变的主要来源之一;人员防护、施工检查、技术交底等功能的不正常震荡及非线性的耦合共振,影响多项失效功能链接。FRAM可为动土作业过程中的事故致因分析提供技术支持,未来可进一步研究定量分析。
In order to understand the root cause of the accident in the excavation operation and reduce effectively the accident rate,the Functional Resonance Analysis Method(FRAM)was used to study the evolutionary mechanism of the collapse accident in the excavation operation.The"11.11"general collapse accident of a company's natural gas pipeline construction project in Changsha was taken as an example to qualitatively analyze the functional coupling process of the excavation operation and confirm the main failure links affecting the operations.The results show that poor implementation of training and education is one of the main sources that causes functional changes;and that The abnormal oscillation of functions such as personnel protection,construction inspection and technical delivery,and the non-linear coupling resonances affect many failed function links.The study shows that the FRAM can provide the technical support for the analysis on the accident causation during the excavation operations,and the further quantitative analysis can be carried in the future.
