摘要
采用L-脯氨酸(ZP)作为抗冻剂,制备得到一种具有黏性、透明和耐低温的柔性k-CG-PAA/ZP/H_(2)SO_(4)水凝胶.实验结果表明该水凝胶在-35℃的低温环境中保持了原有的韧性、延展性、黏附性和透明性.当用此凝胶组装成传感器后,该传感器能够灵敏且稳定地识别10%到400%范围内的应变.同时,该水凝胶传感器也可以对手指、手腕、膝盖的弯曲运动进行监测,在可视化和低温可穿戴传感器领域具有应用潜力.
A flexible k-CG-PAA/ZP/H_(2)SO_(4)hydrogel with viscosity,transparency and low temperature resistance was prepared by using L-proline(ZP)as antifreeze agent.The experimental results showed that the hydrogel maintained its original toughness,ductility,viscosity and transparency in the low temperature environment at-35℃.The sensors assembled from this gel can sensitively and reliably detect the strain in the range of 10%to 400%.At the same time,the hydrogel sensor can also monitor the bending movements of fingers,wrists and knees,which has potential applications in the fields of visualization and low-temperature wearable sensors.
