摘要
目的:修订形成慢性心力衰竭病人运动恐惧量表,并检验其信效度。方法:遵循Brislin原则对冠心病病人运动恐惧量表(Fact-CAD)进行翻译和修订,形成中文版慢性心力衰竭病人运动恐惧量表。选择江苏省3所三级甲等医院就诊的278例慢性心力衰竭病人作为研究对象进行调查,检验量表信效度。结果:量表Cronbach’sα系数为0.883,折半信度为0.843,重测信度为0.902。量表水平的内容效度指数为0.902,条目水平的内容效度指数为0.857~1.000,效标效度的Pearson相关系数为0.601。验证性因子分析提示中文版量表单维性结构良好。最终保留15个条目形成中文版慢性心力衰竭病人运动恐惧量表。结论:中文版慢性心力衰竭病人运动恐惧量表具有良好的信效度,可评估慢性心力衰竭病人的运动恐惧水平。
Objective:To revise and develop the Chinese version of Fear of Activity in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure(Fact-CHF),and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:According to Brislin principle,the Fear of Activity in Patients with Coronary Artery Disease was translated and revised to form the Chinese version of Fact-CHF.The reliability and validity of Chinese version of Fact-CHF were tested by means of questionaire among 278 patients with chronic heart failure from 3 tertiary grade A hospitals in Jiangsu province.Results:The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of Chinese version of Fact-CHF was 0.883.The overall split-half reliability was 0.843.The overall test-retest reliability was 0.902.The scale-content validity index(S-CVI)was 0.902,and the item-content validity index(I-CVI)ranged from 0.857 to 1.000.The correlation validity coefficient of the calibration scale was 0.601.Confirmatory factor analysis suggested that the dimension structure of the Chinese version of Fact-CHF was good.Finally,15 items were retained to form the Chinese version of Fact-CHF.Conclusion:The Chinese version of Fact-CHF had good reliability and validity.It can be used to evaluate the level of exercise fear in patients with chronic heart failure.
