摘要
目的:基于关联规则分析灸法干预癌性疼痛的选穴配伍规律,为癌性疼痛患者的灸法治疗提供参考。方法:检索PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、中国知网(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、万方数据知识服务平台(WanFang Data)和维普中文期刊服务平台(VIP)7个数据库中灸法治疗癌性疼痛的相关中英文文献,检索时间限定为建库至2022年8月12日。采用Excel软件对穴位相关信息进行收集和统计分析,通过SPSS Modeler 18.0统计学软件所提供的Apriori算法对穴位进行关联规则分析。结果:最终纳入符合文献60篇,共涉及全身58个腧穴,最常使用的5个腧穴依次是:阿是穴、足三里、关元、神阙和中脘,最常用的经络有任脉、督脉、足阳明胃经、足太阳膀胱经和足太阴脾经。关联规则表明,灸法干预癌性疼痛常用的腧穴配伍有足三里-阿是穴、关元,足三里-三阴交,足三里-合谷等。结论:灸法干预癌性疼痛取穴经脉主要以任督二脉、胃经、膀胱经和脾经为主,其中以阿是穴、足三里、关元、神阙和中脘为腧穴组方核心,为灸法干预癌痛的取穴、配穴提供数据支持,促使灸法操作统一。
Objective:To analyze the acupoint selection and matching rules of moxibustion in the intervention of cancer pain based on association rules,and provide reference for moxibustion treatment of patients with cancer pain.Methods:Chinese and English literature related to moxibustion for the treatment of cancer pain in seven databases:PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,CNKI,China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),WanFang Data Knowledge Service Platform(WanFang Data)and Weipu Chinese Journal Service Platform(VIP),was searched,and the search scope was from the establishment of the database to August 2022.Excel software was used to collect and statistically analyze the relevant information of acupuncture points,and the Apriori algorithm provided by SPSS Modeler 18.0 was used to analyze the association rules of acupuncture points.Results:Finally,60 conforming articles were included,involving a total of 58 acupoints on the whole body.The five most commonly used acupoints were in order:Ashi point,Zusanli,Guanyuan,Shenque and Zhongwan,and the most commonly used meridians were Ren meridian,Governor meridian,Zu-yangming stomach meridian,Zu-taiyang Bladder meridian and Zu-taiyin spleen meridian.The association rules showed that the compatibility of acupoints commonly used to intervene in cancer pain included Zusanli-Ashi point,Guanyuan,Zusanli-Sanyinjiao,Zusanli-Hegu,etc.Conclusion:The meridians selected by moxibustion method for the intervention of cancer pain are mainly based on Ren meridian,governor meridian,stomach meridian,bladder meridian and spleen meridian.Ashi point,Zusanli,Guanyuan,Shenque and Zhongwan are the core acupoints,which provide data support for moxibustion to intervene in cancer pain in terms of acupoint selection and compatibility,and promote the unified operation of moxibustion method.
