摘要
目的:探讨专科护理工作室护士在推动工作室实践中的真实感受,为促进高级护理实践及专科护理工作室的高质量发展和管理策略的修订提供参考。方法:依据质性研究的现象学研究法,于2023年2月,采用目的抽样,选取北京市属医院主持专科护理工作室管理及出诊工作的10名工作室领军人进行半结构式访谈。采用Colaizzi 7步分析法分析资料。结果:共提炼出获益与认同、困难与挑战、需求与期待3个主题及所属的10个亚主题。结论:护士在工作室的高级护理实践中获益,患者需求得到满足,促进专科建设和医院发展,但仍面临多方面困难和挑战,未来应持续增加支持力度、完善管理制度及策略,以促进其长远发展。
Objective:To explore the working experiences in promoting clinical practice of nurses in the specialized nursing studios,in order to provide reference for promoting the high-quality development and management strategies of advanced nursing practice and the specialized nursing studios.Methods:Based on the phenomenological research method,a semi-structured interviews were conducted in February 2023 with 10 leaders who were responsible for the management and consultation of specialized nursing studios in the sampled municipal hospitals in Beijing with objective sampling,and Colaizzi's 7-step analysis method was used for data analysis.Results:Three themes,including benefits and recognition,difficulties and challenges,needs and expectations,and 10 sub-topics were extracted.Conclusion:Nurses benefit from the advanced nursing practice,the needs of patients are met,and the development of specialized departments and hospitals has been promoted.However,there are still many difficulties and challenges.In the future,it is necessary to continue to increase the support,improve the management system and strategies of the studio,so as to promote its long-term development.
