摘要
半日花(Helianthemum soongoricum)是生长在荒漠地区的超旱生灌木,具有独特的生态适应性。本文通过测定降水前后半日花的生理生态参数和气象环境因子,比较其光合生理、水分生理和叶绿素荧光特征,探究其在不同水分条件下的适应策略。结果表明:降水前后的土壤水分条件变化较大,对半日花的生理生态活动具有明显的调节作用。降水后第二天,半日花的净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间二氧化碳浓度、蒸腾速率、水分利用效率、表观电子传递效率和有效光化学量子产量日均值增大,气孔限制值日均值减小,吸收的光能用于光合作用和光化学淬灭的比例增加,用于热耗散的比例减小,影响净光合速率降低的因素由气孔限制转变为非气孔限制。降水前半日花通过降低光合、减少蒸腾、增强热耗散的方式来抵抗高温干旱的胁迫,而随着土壤水分条件的改善,其光合能力和蒸腾作用增强。
Helianthemum soongoricum is a super-arid shrub growing in desert area with unique ecological adaptations.In this paper,we compared the photosynthetic physiology,water physiology,and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of Helianthemum soongoricum before and after precipitation by measuring the physiological and ecological parameters and meteorological environmental factors,and investigated its adaptation strategies under different water conditions.The results showed that the soil moisture conditions before and after the precipitation were highly variable and had a significant regulatory effect on the physiological and ecological activities of H.soongoricum.On the second day after precipitation,the daily average values of net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO,concentration,transpiration rate,water use efficiency,apparent electron transfer efficiency and effective photochemical quantum yield increased,the daily average value of stomatal limitation decreased,the proportion of absorbed light energy used for photosynthesis and photochemical quenching increased,and the proportion used for heat dissipation decreased,and the factor affecting the decrease of net photosynthetic rate changed from stomatal limitation.The factor affecting the reduction of net photosynthetic rate changed from stomatal limitation to non-stomatal limitation.H.soongoricum resisted the stress of high temperature and drought by reducing photosynthesis,decreasing transpiration,and enhancing heat dissipation,while their photosynthetic capacity and transpiration increased with the improvement of soil moisture conditions.
