摘要
目的:探讨小直径种植体种植修复后牙缺失的美学效果及对牙周健康指标和骨吸收情况的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年9月在笔者医院就诊的后牙缺失患者62例,根据植体直径分为研究组和对照组,各31例。对照组采用常规直径种植体,研究组采用小直径种植体,观察比较两组患者的红色美学指数(Pink esthetic score,PES)、修复后的牙周袋深度(Pocket depth,PD)、骨吸收量、骨密度,观察种植体颈部根方1 mm、7 mm、10 mm点位与长轴垂直面的牙槽骨厚度以及随访期间并发症发生率和种植成功率。结果:治疗后,研究组的美学效果高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组修复后3个月、6个月、1年、2年的PD均低于对照组(P<0.05),且随着时间的推移,两组PD均有所降低;两组术后骨吸收量均低于术前(P<0.05),骨密度均高于术前(P<0.05),且研究组术后骨吸收量低于对照组(P<0.05),骨密度高于对照组(P<0.05);两组术后1 h的1 mm、7 mm、10 mm点位与长轴垂直面的牙槽骨厚度均高于术前,且研究组术后1 h的1 mm、7 mm、10 mm点位与长轴垂直面的牙槽骨厚度均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),种植成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小直径种植体种植修复后牙缺失的美学效果较高,可有效改善牙周健康指标、骨吸收量、骨密度,迅速恢复牙槽骨厚度,且并发症发生率较低,种植成功率较高。
Objective To investigate the aesthetic efeiet of small diameter implants on the restoration of postenior tooth defects and its infuence on periodontal bealth index and bone resorption.Methods Sixty-two patients with posterior teeth loss treated in the author's hospital from Jaruary 2018 to September 2020 were divided into study group and control goup according to the hand implant diameter,with 31 cases each The control goup using conventional diameter imlants,the study goup using small diameter implants,observe and compare the pink esthetic score(PES),restored periodontal pocket depth(PD),bone resoption bone density,bone neck root 1 mm,7 mm,10 rmm point and the long axis,alveolar bone thickness and complication.rate and implant success rate during the followuwp.Results Afer treatment,the aesthetic fficacy of the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The PD at 3 months,6 months,1 year,and 2 years after repair in the study group was lower than that of the control goup(P<0.05),and over time.The PD was decreased in both goups.Both bone resorption was lower than preoperative(P<0.05).Bone mineral density was all higher than preoperatively(P<0.05).moreover,the postoperative bone resorption volume in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The bone mineral density was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The alveolar bone thickness,at 1h 1 mm 7 mm and 10 mm,were higher than before surgery,in addition,the alveolar bome thickness of post-operative 1h 1 mm 7 mm and 10 mm was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The complication rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the planting success rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conelusion The aesthetic efect of small diameter implants on the restoration of posterior tooth defects is improved,with efective improvement in periodontal health indicators,bone resonption,bone density and rapid restoration of alveolar bone thickness,lower complication rates and higher implant success rates.
