摘要
在煤巷掘进中,快速掘进不仅能提高生产效率、降低工人劳动强度,同时也为安全生产提供了更好的保证,基于此,提出推广全断面快速掘进装备。全断面快速掘进装备通过一次成巷,掘进、装煤、破碎与支护同步作业,掘锚一体机、后配套锚杆转载破碎机和带式输送机协同作业,保证了快速掘进。随着复杂地质条件的巷道对快速掘进的需求不断提高,为新型的快速掘进装备的发展指明了方向,尤其针对我国煤矿具体的条件,开展针对性的快速掘进装备的研究意义重大。
In coal roadway excavation,rapid excavation can not only improve production efficiency and reduce labor intensity,but also provide better guarantee for safety.Based on this,proposed to promote full face rapid excavation equipment.The full-face rapid excavation equipment ensures the rapid tunneling through the simultaneous operation of tunneling,coal loading,crushing and support,and the coordinated operation of the all-in-one machine for excavating and anchoring,the rear supporting bolt transfer crusher and the belt conveyor.With the increasing demand for rapid excavation in roadway with complex geological conditions,it has pointed out the direction for the development of new rapid excavation equipment,especially for the specific conditions of coal mines in China,it is of great significance to carry out targeted research on rapid excavation equipment.
