Efficiency Optimization of 2K-H Type Planetary Gear Train Oriented to Energy Saving by TBM

摘要 针对TBM主切削系统施工过程中动力损耗严重的工程实况,以节能为设计目标,对其能量损失的核心部件(TBM行星减速器轮系)进行效率优化设计。应用自行建立的齿轮啮合效率损失计算式,结合反转法建立2K-H行星轮系效率损失模型,在此基础上得双级2K-H型TBM行星减速器轮系效率损失模型。以该轮系为设计实例,分析2K-H行星轮系设计过程中的限制及约束条件,建立其在满足配齿、重合度条件、齿厚条件、根切条件、干涉条件等约束条件下的效率最高、相对滑动最小目标函数下的数学模型,并对其齿数及变位系数进行两阶段优化。结果表明:TBM行星减速器在满足配齿及变位系数等约束条件下,通过两阶段优化,其效率损失相对减小11%~16%。能量节约总量相当可观。 In view of the serious power loss in the construction process of TBM main cutting system,taking energy saving as the design goal,the efficiency optimization design of the core component of energy loss(TBM planetary reducer gear train)is carried out.The efficiency loss model of the 2K-H planetary gear train is established using the developed calculation formula of gear meshing efficiency loss and the inversion method.On this basis,the efficiency loss model of the two-stage 2K-H TBM planetary gear train is obtained.Taking this gear train as a design example,the limitations and constraints in the design process of the 2K-H planetary gear train are analyzed,and the mathematical model is established under the objective function of the highest efficiency and the smallest relative sliding under the constraint conditions of gear matching,coincidence degree,tooth thickness,undercut and interference.And the tooth number and modification coefficient are optimized in two stages.The results show that the efficiency loss of the TBM planetary reducer can be reduced by 11%-16%through two-stage optimization under the constraint conditions of gear matching and modification coefficient.The total energy saving is considerable.
