摘要
我国古代的国家安全思想是我国优秀的传统文化之一,加强我国古代国家安全思想史研究,对贯彻总体国家安全观和维护国家安全意义重大。梳理相关历史文献,采取历史分析和古今对比分析的方法,可以概括出西汉王朝在政治安全、军事安全、国土安全、经济安全、社会安全、意识形态安全等领域的国家安全思想。西汉王朝的国家安全思想对维护当代的国家安全有以下启示:重视国家安全领域的关联性;动态把握国家安全思想;坚持以人民安全为宗旨;政治安全具有根本性;强化军事安全的保障地位;在意识形态安全上,要培养中华民族共同体意识;在共同安全上,为世界和平赤字贡献中国方案和智慧。
Our ancient national security thought is part of our excellent traditional culture,and strengthening the study of the history of our ancient national security thought is of great significance to the implementation of the overall national security concept and the maintenance of national security.Combing the relevant historical documents and adopting the methods of historical analysis and comparative analysis between ancient and modern times,we can outline the national security thoughts of the Western Han Dynasty in the fields of political security,military security,homeland security,economic security,social security and ideological security.The national security thoughts of the Western Han Dynasty have the following inspirations for maintaining contemporary national security:we should pay attention to the relevance of national security fields,grasp national security thoughts dynamically,take peoples security as the purpose,take political security as the basis,and strengthen the guarantee status of military security.It is necessary to cultivate the sense of Chinese national community on ideological security,and share Chinese solutions and wisdom for the world peace deficit on common security.
