摘要
目的:分析甲地孕酮联合复方苦参注射液治疗子宫内膜癌(endometrial carcinoma,EC)的效果及对免疫功能、肿瘤标志物的影响。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年1月鄄城县人民医院接收的子宫内膜癌100例患者,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予甲地孕酮治疗,研究组给予甲地孕酮联合复方苦参注射液治疗,对两组治疗效果、免疫功能及肿瘤标志物进行比较。结果:研究组治疗总有效率(92.00%)高于对照组(76.00%)(P<0.05);研究组治疗后CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后癌胚抗原(carcinoma embryonic antigen,CEA),人附睾蛋白4(human epididymis protein 4,HE4)、糖类抗原125(carbohydrate antigen 125,CA125)分别为(15.18±5.53)ng/mL、(133.46±15.28)pmol/L、(35.44±4.51)U/mL,均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后各项生活质量评分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用甲地孕酮和复方苦参注射液治疗EC,可增强患者免疫功能,降低肿瘤标志物,提高患者生活质量。
Objective:To analyze the effect of megestrol combined with compound sophora flavescens injection on endometrial carcinoma and its influence on immune function and tumor markers.Method:100 patients with endometrial carcinoma who were received by Juancheng County People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and divided into research group and control group according to random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with megestrol,and the research group was treated with megestrol combined with compound sophora flavescens injection.The effect,immune function and tumor markers were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the research group was(92.00%)higher than that of the control group(76.00%)(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)in the research group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);carcinoma embryonic antigen(CEA),human epididymis protein 4(HE4),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)were(15.18±5.53)ng/mL,(133.46±15.28)pmol/L and(35.44±4.51)U/mL respectively,which were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of quality of life in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of EC with megestrol and compound matrine injection can enhance the immune function,reduce tumor markers and improve the quality of life of patients.
