摘要
目的探讨超声造影(CEUS)联合超级微血管成像(SMI)技术对肾移植术后患者肾动脉狭窄(RAS)的诊断价值。方法选择2021年1月至2022年7月赣州市中医院收治的60例疑似移植肾术后RAS患者为研究对象,所有患者均给予CEUS、SMI和数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查。以DSA检查结果为金标准,分析CEUS、SMI单独检查及两者联合检查对肾移植患者RAS的诊断效能。结果DSA检查显示,移植肾术后RAS患者51例。三组的灵敏度、准确度和阴性预测值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中SMI联合CEUS检查的灵敏度、准确度和阴性预测值高于SMI检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.017)。结论CEUS、SMI技术两种检查方法联合应用于移植肾患者,对RAS诊断灵敏度和准确度、阴性预测值等指标优于两者单一,其诊断价值更高,为指导制定后续治疗方案提供参考依据,进一步提高肾移植患者RAS的评估效能和评估效率。
Objective To evaluate the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)combined with super microvascular imaging(SMI)in the diagnosis of renal artery stenosis(RAS)after renal transplantation.Methods Sixty patients with suspected renal artery stenosis after kidney transplantation admitted to Ganzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to July 2022 were selected for study.All patients were examined by CEUS,SMI and digital subtraction angiography(DSA).The diagnostic efficacy of CEUS,SMI and their combination in RAS in renal transplant patients was analyzed based on the results of DSA as the gold standard.Results The diagnosis showed that there were 51 patients with RAS after kidney transplantation.The sensitivity,accuracy and negative predictive value of the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity,accuracy and negative predictive value of SMI combined with CEUS were higher than those of SMI(P<0.017).Conclusion The combined application of CEUS and SMI technology in renal transplant patients has better diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy,negative predictive value and other indicators of RAS than the single of the two methods.Its diagnostic value is higher,which provides a reference basis for guiding the formulation of follow-up treatment plans,and further improves the evaluation efficiency and efficiency of RAS in renal transplant patients.
