摘要
目的研究改良式仰卧淋浴法与传统仰卧位淋浴法在新生儿沐浴中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至7月赣南医学院第一附属医院妇产科68例新生儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各34例,对照组采用传统仰卧位淋浴法,观察组采用改良式仰卧淋浴法,比较两组新生儿沐浴过程中哭闹、抓握反射和拥抱反射发生情况以及沐浴和哭闹时间,比较两组新生儿疼痛舒适量表(NIPS)评分、新生儿沐浴前后体温、心率和呼吸频率。结果观察组新生儿哭闹、抓握反射、拥抱反射发生率低于对照组,哭闹时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组沐浴后NIPS评分、体温、心率和呼吸频率高于沐浴前,且观察组沐浴后NIPS评分、体温、心率和呼吸频率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿改良式仰卧淋浴法有利于减少哭闹和挣扎等不良反射,提升沐浴舒适度,对维持新生儿生命体征稳定和健康具有积极作用。
Objective To study the application effects of modified supine shower method and traditional supine shower method in neonatal bathing.Methods A total of 68 neonates in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from January to July 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group by the random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group adopted traditional supine shower method,while the observation group adopted modified supine shower method.The occurrence of crying,grasp reflex and embrace reflex during neonatal bathibg as well as bathing time and crying time,neonatal infant pain scale(NIPS)score and body temperature,heart rate and respiratory rate before and after neonatal bathing were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rates of crying,grasp reflex and embrace reflex in observation group were lower than those in control group,the crying time was shorter than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After bathing,the NIPS score,body temperature,heart rate and respiratory rate in the two groups were higher than those before bathing,and the above indicators in observation group after bathing were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified supine shower method is beneficial to reducing the adverse reflexes such as crying and struggling and enhancing the comfort of bathing,and it has a positive effect on maintaining the stability of neonatal vital signs and health.
