摘要
目的:探讨视觉训练系统4(VTS4)疗法联合传统综合疗法治疗屈光不正性弱视的效果。方法:以中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九一〇医院眼科于2021年5月-2022年7月收治的173例屈光不正性弱视患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。对照组(n=86)给予传统综合疗法,观察组(n=87)在对照组的基础上给予VTS4疗法。观察两组视功能、眼调节功能、视力水平。结果:干预前两组立体视正常率、双眼融象正常率对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组立体视正常率、双眼融象正常率均升高,且观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前两组调节幅度(AMP)、调节灵敏度(AF)及调节滞后量对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组AMP、AF均上升,且观察组均高于对照组,调节滞后量均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前两组视力水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后两组视力水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将传统综合疗法及VTS4疗法应用于屈光不正性弱视患儿,可改善视功能,提高视力水平及眼调节功能,临床疗效好。
Objective:To explore the effect of visual training system 4(VTS4)therapy combined with traditional comprehensive therapy in the treatment of ametropia amblyopia.Method:A total of 173 cases of children with ametropia amblyopia who were admitted to the Department of Ophthalmology,910 Hospital of PLA Joint Logistic Support Force from May 2021 to July 2022 were included in the study.They were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method.The control group(n=86)was given traditional comprehensive therapy,and the observation group(n=87)was given VTS4 therapy on the basis of the control group.The visual function,eye accommodation function and visual acuity level of the two groups were observed.Result:There were no significant differences in the normal rate of stereoscopic vision and binocular fusion between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the normal rate of stereoscopic vision and binocular fusion in both groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the amplitude of accommodation(AMP),accommodating facility(AF)and adjustment lag between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,AMP and AF in both groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the adjustment lag decreased,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the visual acuity level between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the visual acuity levels of both groups increased,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The traditional comprehensive therapy and VTS4 therapy are applied to children with ametropia amblyopia,which can improve visual function,improve visual acuity level and eye accommodation function,with good clinical efficacy.
