摘要
随着微创手术的不断发展和普及,机器人辅助胸腔镜手术在外科领域逐渐被认可并广泛应用,其优势在于高清立体的手术视野、高度灵活的机械臂和仿真手腕、有效滤除人手自然颤动等。本文阐述了机器人辅助胸腔镜手术在治疗肺癌、纵隔肿瘤、食管癌方面的应用现状及今后的发展,旨在为今后进一步开展机器人辅助胸腔镜手术提供参考。
With the continuous development and popularization of minimally invasive surgery,robotassisted thoracoscopic surgery has gradually been recognized and widely used in the field of surgery.Its advantages include high-definition stereoscopic surgical vision,highly flexible manipulator and simulated wrist,and effectively filter out natural tremor of human hands,etc.This paper expounds the application status and future development of robot-assisted thoracoscopic surgery in the treatment of lung cancer,mediastinal tumor and esophageal carcinoma,aiming at providing reference for further robot-assisted thoracoscopic surgery in the future.
