摘要
近年来,随着降脂治疗研究的深入,脂蛋白a[lipoprotein a,Lp(a)]水平在心血管领域的重要性日益明显,Lp(a)水平升高是心脑血管疾病发生的独立危险因素。本文主要从Lp(a)的结构及合成代谢、主要致病机制、目前治疗进展等方面对Lp(a)在急性心肌梗死中的相关研究进展进行综述。
In recent years,with the deepening of lipid-lowering therapy research,the level of lipoprotein A[Lp(a)]has become increasingly important in the cardiovascular field.The increased level of Lp(a)is an independent risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.This article mainly reviews the research progress of Lp(a)in acute myocardial infarction from its structure and anabolism,main pathogenic mechanisms,and current treatment progress.
