摘要
目的:探究化纤定喘汤联合穴位埋线治疗肺间质纤维化的效果及对肺功能和免疫功能的影响。方法:选取2019年8月-2022年8月泰安市中医医院收治的60例肺间质纤维化患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(n=30)采用常规治疗,试验组(n=30)在对照组基础上采用化纤定喘汤联合穴位埋线治疗。比较两组疗效、中医症候积分、肺功能、免疫功能及不良反应。结果:试验组总有效率为70.00%(21/30),显著高于对照组的43.33%(13/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后气短、咳嗽、咯痰、乏力及总分均下降,试验组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后肺总量(TLC)、用力肺活量(FVC)、一氧化碳弥散量(DLCO)均上升,试验组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均上升,试验组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率(3.33%)低于对照组(13.33%),但两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:化纤定喘汤联合穴位埋线治疗肺间质纤维化的效果显著,可减轻临床症状,改善患者肺功能及免疫功能,可用于临床治疗。
Objective:To investigate the effects of Huaxian Dingchuan Decoction combined with implanting catgut in acupoint in the treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis and its influence on pulmonary function and immune function.Method:A total of 60 patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis who were admitted to Tai’an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to August 2022 were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=30)was treated with conventional therapy,and the experimental group(n=30)was treated with Huaxian Dingchuan Decoction combined with implanting catgut in acupoint on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,TCM syndromes scores,pulmonary function,immune function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 70.00%(21/30),which was significantly higher than 43.33%(13/30)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,shortness of breath,cough,expectoration,fatigue and total scores in the two groups all decreased,and those in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total lung capacity(TLC),forced vital capacity(FVC)and diffusion capacity for carbon monoxide(DLCO)of the two groups all increased,and those in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the two groups all increased,and those in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group(3.33%)was lower than that in the control group(13.33%),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Huaxian Dingchuan Decoction combined with implanting catgut in acupoint has significant effect in the treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis,in that it can alleviate clinical symptoms,improve pulmonary function and immune function of patients,and can be used for clinical treatment.
