摘要 轮胎耐磨性是决定轮胎耐久性最为重要的因素,轮胎的耐磨性除了受配方和混炼工艺影响外,轮胎的硫化程度也严重影响轮胎的磨耗性能,本文对轮胎硫化过程中过热水后半段采用保压的方式替代,在保证硫化程度最低的部位能够达到最佳程度的同时提高成品胎性能,试验表明合理保压时间替代过热水通入时间,硫化出的轮胎高速耐久、常规耐久相当,磨耗性能更优异。 Tire wear resistance is the most important factor determining tire durability.The wear resistance of tires is not only affected by the formula and mixing process,but also by the degree of vulcanization of tires.This article uses a pressure maintaining method to replace the hot water in the second half of the tire vulcanization process,ensuring that the lowest degree of vulcanization can reach the optimal level while improving the performance of the finished tire.The experiment shows that a reasonable pressure retention time replaces the hot water inlet time,and the vulcanized tires have high speed durability,comparable conventional durability,and better wear resistance.
