新型防老剂Vulkanox ZMB2对三元乙丙橡胶共混胶性能的影响

摘要 为进一步提高新能源汽车发动机密封圈的使用性能,以4,4-二(苯基异丙基)二苯胺(Naugard 445)和2-硫醇基甲基苯并咪唑锌盐(Vulkanox ZMB2)并用作为防老剂,系统研究了防老剂Vulkanox ZMB2用量对三元乙丙橡胶共混胶物理性能、热氧老化性能、动态力学性能和热稳定性影响。结果表明:与空白胶相比,Naugard 445和Vulkanox ZMB2并用能大大提高三元乙丙橡胶硫化胶的耐老化性能,随着防老剂Vulkanox ZMB2用量的增加,硫化胶的机械性能变化不大,但是硫化胶耐热氧老化性能增加,高温老化后拉伸强度变化率和断裂伸长率变化率下降;压缩永久变形率先减小后增大。当防老剂Vulkanox ZMB2用量为0.3时,三元乙丙橡胶共混硫化胶的物理机械性能、耐热氧老化性能和压缩永久变形性能最优,达到新能源汽车密封圈性能的要求。 In order to further improve the performance of new energy vehicle engine sealing rings,the effects of the amount of Vulkanox ZMB2 antioxidant on the physical properties,thermal oxygen aging properties,dynamic mechanical properties,and thermal stability of EPDM blend rubber were systematically studied using a combination of 4,4-bis(phenylisopropyl)diphenylamine(Naugard 445)and 2-mercaptomethylbenzimidazole zinc salt(Vulkanox ZMB2)as antioxidants.The results show that compared with blank rubber,the combination of Naugard 445 and Vulkanox ZMB2 can greatly improve the aging resistance of EPDM vulcanizate;With the increase of the amount of anti-aging agent Vulkanox ZMB2,the mechanical properties of the vulcanized rubber show little change,but the heat and oxygen aging properties of the vulcanized rubber increase.After high-temperature aging,the change rate of tensile strength and elongation at break decrease;The compression permanent deformation first decreases and then increases.When the dosage of anti-aging agent Vulkanox ZMB2 is 0.3,the physical and mechanical properties,thermal oxygen aging performance,and compression set performance of EPDM blend vulcanizate are the best,meeting the requirements for the performance of new energy vehicle sealing rings.
