摘要
以谷胱甘肽为还原剂和稳定剂、氯金酸为金源,合成了谷胱甘肽-金纳米簇(GSH-Au NCs)。基于盐酸小檗碱对GSH-Au NCs的荧光猝灭作用建立了一种盐酸小檗碱荧光检测新方法。对体系pH值、缓冲类型、反应时间等实验条件进行了优化,在优化的实验条件下,方法的线性范围为2.44~24.4μmol·L^(-1),检出限为0.16μmol·L^(-1)。方法可用于盐酸小檗碱片剂中盐酸小檗碱含量的测定,且结果可靠。
In this paper,glutathione-gold nanoclusters(GSH-Au NCs)were synthesized by using glutathione as stabilizer template and reducing agent,chlorauric acid as gold source.Based on the fluorescence quenching effect of berberine hydrochloride to GSH-Au NCs a new fluorescence method for detection of berberine hydrochloride was established.The experimental conditions such as pH,buffer type and reaction time etc were optimized.Under the optimized experimental conditions,the linear range of the method was 2.44~24.4μmol/L,and the detection limit was 0.16μmol/L.The method has high accuracy for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in berberine hydrochloride tablets.
