摘要
基于AGV自动导引小车技术的样品收集、输送系统,用于采样系统与制样系统、制样系统与化验系统之间的样品衔接。该系统以AGV智能小车为基础,集成二维码定位、平台升降和样品称重等功能,配合磁吸式封盖装置、重力式料管密封装置,最终实现煤样的智能收集功能。
A sample collection and transportation system based on AGV automatic guided vehicle technology,used for sample connection between sampling system and sample preparation system,as well as between sample preparation system and laboratory system.This system was based on an AGV intelligent car and integrated functions such as QR code positioning,platform lifting,and sample weighing.It was combined with a magnetic sealing device and a gravity tube sealing device to ultimately achieve intelligent collection of coal samples.
