摘要
针对中厚煤层工作面高效开采的发展需求,总结了中厚煤层高产工作面的必备条件。提出了采煤机牵引速度和截割功率两个重要参数的计算方法,并给出了某高产高效矿井的中厚煤层采煤机选型案例,可为中厚煤层高产工作面采煤机选型提供参考。
In response to the development needs of efficient mining in medium thick coal seam working faces,the necessary conditions for high yield working faces in medium thick coal seams have been summarized.A calculation method for the two important parameters of the traction speed and cutting power of the shearer was proposed,and a case study of the selection of the shearer for a medium thick coal seam in a high yield and efficient mine was provided,which can provide reference for the selection of the shearer for the high yield working face of the medium thick coal seam.
