摘要
通过围绕电气自动化系统的三相异步电动机,探讨电动机传动设备的变频调速机械特性,包括电机电压、频率变频协调控制的稳态机械特征,并在此基础上提出利用矢量控制技术、脉宽调制技术(Pulse Width Modulation,PWM)、空间矢量脉宽调制算法(Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation,SVPWM),进行三电平逆变器结构构建、电压空间矢量生成、交流电压脉宽调制的控制,做出电气系统电动机变频电压、电流、转子调速的矢量控制,可有效保证电动机从负载转矩到额定转矩、给定转速到额定转速的动态平稳变化。
Focusing on the three-phase asynchronous motor of the electrical automation system,this paper discusses the mechanical characteristics of frequency control of motor drive equipment,including the stable-state mechanical characteristics of motor voltage and frequency conversion coordinated control,and based on this,proposes to use vector control technology,PWM pulse width modulation technology and the SVPWM algorithm to control the construction of three-level inverter structure,generation of voltage space vector,and modulation of AC voltage pulse width,and make the vector control of variable frequency voltage,current and rotor speed regulation of the electric system motor,which can effectively ensure the dynamic and stable change of the motor from load torque to rated torque,and given speed to rated speed.
