人工智能背景下二元导向教学模式的设计与探究--以“食品专业英语”为例

摘要 随着《教育部关于深化本科教育教学改革全面提高人才培养质量的意见》(2019年)、《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》(2020年)等文件的出台,现代教育理念的逐步转变和教学改革的不断深入,传统“食品专业英语”教学课堂中以教师传授、学生被动接受方式为主教学模式的弊端日益凸显。而在经济全球化高速发展的时代背景下,食品作为全球第一大消费品产业,国际间的交流合作日益频繁,对英语水平的要求日益增高。为培养食品行业具有扎实专业理论知识,具备国际化视野和英语熟练交流沟通能力的行业高级复合型人才,现借助人工智能翻译技术,探索智能教育新形态,构建基于人工智能翻译二元导向教学模式,推动食品专业英语课堂教学改革。 With the issuance of guidance documents,the gradual transformation of modern educational concepts and the continuous deepening of teaching reform,the disadvantages of the traditional teaching mode of English teaching for food majors,which are mainly taught by teachers and passively accepted by students,have become increasingly prominent.In the context of the rapid development of economic globalization,in addition to the increasingly frequent international exchanges and cooperation,the requirements for English proficiency are increasingly higher day by day,particularly for food technologists as the role of the world's largest consumption section.In order to cultivate senior multi-disciplinary talents in the food industry with solid professional theoretical knowledge,international vision and proficient English communication skills,we were exploring new forms of intelligent education with the help of artificial intelligence translation technology,and building a dual-oriented teaching model based on artificial intelligence translation to promote the reform of English classroom teaching for food majors.
