摘要
目的评价视网膜激光光凝与药物联合治疗对缺血型视网膜中央静脉阻塞的疗效。方法选取2020年4月—2022年4月贵州医科大学附属医院收治的80例缺血型视网膜中央静脉阻塞患者,采用随机数表法分成研究组和常规组,常规组实施视网膜激光光凝治疗,研究组在常规组基础上联合药物治疗,比较两组患者的视力治疗效果、黄斑中心厚度及生活质量水平。结果研究组总有效率(95.00%)明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.164,P=0.023);研究组治疗1周、1个月、2个月后的黄斑中心厚度均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.772、5.494、8.600,P<0.001);研究组治疗后的生活质量评分均较常规组更高,差异有统计学意义(t=13.714、7.780、7.651、8.111,P<0.001)。结论针对缺血型视网膜中央静脉阻塞患者,联合应用药物治疗与视网膜激光光凝治疗可明显改善患者的黄斑中心厚度情况,提升其生活质量,明显提高患者的视力水平,显著提升总体疗效,有较高的参考借鉴价值。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of retinal laser photocoagulation combined with drugs in the treatment of central retinal vein occlusion.Methods From April 2020 to April 2022,80 patients with central retinal vein occlusion of ischemic type admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University were selected.They were divided into the study group and the conventional group by random number table method.The conventional group were treated with retinal laser photocoagulation,and the study group were treated with drugs on the basis of the conventional group.The visual treatment effect,central macular thickness and quality of life of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of patients in the study group(95.00%)was significantly higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.164,P=0.023).The central macular thickness of the study group after 1 week,1 month and 2 months of treatment was significantly lower than those of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.772,5.494,8.600,P<0.001).After treatment,the scores of various quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=13.714、7.780,7.651,8.111,P<0.001).Conclusion For the treatment of patients with central retinal vein occlusion of blood deficiency type,the combination of drug therapy and retinal laser photocoagulation can significantly improve the central macular thickness of patients,promote their quality of life,significantly improve their visual acuity,significantly improve the overall efficacy,and have a high reference value.
